We keep this policy short and plain. HeyView is a small studio — we collect only what we need, we don't sell anything, and we treat your information with the same discretion we'd expect in return.
HeyView is an independent design and AI studio operated by Tojii Company SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica. We work with specialty practices and professional service firms to design systems, automations, and digital experiences that help their businesses run better.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our website (heyview.studio) or interact with us.
We collect only the information necessary to communicate with prospective clients and deliver our services.
Information you provide directly: When you book a discovery call through Cal.com, you share your name, email address, and any details you include in the booking form. We receive this information to prepare for and conduct our meeting.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, basic technical data is processed as part of normal web server operations (such as your browser type and IP address). We do not use analytics services that track your behavior across sites.
Information from third-party services: Our website loads icon fonts from Google's servers (Material Symbols). This means Google receives a request from your browser, which may include your IP address and browser information, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your inquiry and schedule discovery calls
• Assess whether there is a mutual fit for working together
• Deliver services to active clients
• Send project-related communications during an engagement

Cal.com — appointment scheduling. When you book a call, your name, email, and meeting details are processed by Cal.com. Their privacy policy applies to that data.
Google Fonts / Material Symbols — icon rendering. Loading these resources sends a network request to Google's CDN, subject to Google's privacy policy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services and encourage you to review their respective policies.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Our website is served over HTTPS. Communication with prospective and active clients occurs over encrypted channels.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain contact and project-related information for as long as necessary to manage our business relationship and comply with legal obligations. If you would like us to delete your data, you may request this at any time by contacting us at privacy@heyview.studio, and we will respond within 30 days.
